According to these sources, directors Agrawal and Segal were at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco when Musk closed the deal and both were escorted out shortly after.

Mr. Agrawal’s fate seems to be clear, as Mr. Musk during the questioning phase of the Twitter acquisition said he had “no confidence” in the social network’s leadership.

Some documents from Musk’s lawsuit to cancel the deal to buy Twitter also show that he and Twitter’s CEO also quarreled over private messages.
